The school was built to the south perimeter of the Laguna Estate open area off Winston Churchill Avenue which was commonly known as the Adventure Playground.

The assigned gross footprint covered an area ofapproximately 2400sqm.

The school was designed to service two floors with the first floorassigned for Pre-School,Reception and Learning Support Facilities. The second floor provided classroom accommodation for Year 1 and Year 2as well as specialist class facilities such as Art, Music, and ICT.

The school also had to accommodate primary schooling for pupils with learning difficulties incorporating three learning Support Facilities (LSF) classes as well as Special Educational Needs (SEN).
